What type of Boss are you?

Always trust staff to do their best and allow them to have good ideas. As a manager you just cannot be master of all. The best bosses use the skills of their staff. Don't spend your working life not trusting staff and just as bad not trusting customers. It also does not send positive messages to all staff if you are known as the boss that rewards long and loyal service by removing them. Sometimes staff need your support not the sack.

Keeping Control

There are some really good managers who can let go without losing control. There are also some who just can't let go. Try trusting your staff to do the job and do not pretend you are master of all.
